Client Privacy

Client information is treated with care, respect, and confidentiality. Sentelligence PSW Services does not sell personal information.

Secure Portal

Client Forms, Care Documentation, Visit Notes, and related information are managed through a Secure Client/Provider Portal at all times. Log-Ins are required to View, Add, and Read Client Information and updates to the Clients Profile. Only your assigned Personal Care Provider can see your information. If the Provider is changed or if another Care Provider is assigned to your Client Profile, they will have access to this information to review your Care Notes in order to follow your Care Plan. Use of this WebSite Acknowledges that you have read our Privacy Policy and Agree with it. You will also Sign Our Privacy Policy upon Your Consultation as a new Client that will be a part of your profile. If you are signing up through our New Client Portal, then the Privacy Policy will be a part on the Onboarding Process of a NEW Client. If we update our Privacy Policy, a new copy of the Privacy Policy will be provided for your signature.
